The present invention relates to an implant drill equipped with a sub-drill for a sinus lift technique capable of preventing a perforation size of maxilla from being extended than a size suitable for a treatment, preventing the sinus lining from damaged by a drill member, and preventing the drill member from being pushed excessively into the sinus lining.
