The present invention relates to an unreeler and a pulling apparatus for installing a cable of a suspension bridge comprising the same. The pulling apparatus for installing a cable of a suspension bridge comprises a drum for winding or unwinding a hauling rope for transporting a temporary cable; a rope guide unit for guiding the hauling rope to be moved and unwound in a direction perpendicular to the width direction of the drum when the hauling rope is wound or unwound in the drum, and having a guider into which the hauling rope is penetrated and inserted; a first driving module for providing a rotation driving force for the drum to allow the drum to rotate in a winding or unwinding direction of the hauling rope; and a second driving module for reciprocating the guider in the width direction of the drum to make a position of the guider the same as a position where the hauling rope is wound or unwound in the drum based on the width direction of the drum.
