An antenna according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to comprise a base pipe; a hinge base inserted to be insulated to the base pipe and having a first hinge connection portion at one end thereof; a telescopically antenna unit having the first hinge connection portion on the one end and a second hinge connection portion connecting to a hinge, and providing a plurality of antenna loads on the other end is connected to be varied in length telescopically; a base pipe cap inserted to be insulated to the hinge base and electrically connected to the base pipe; and an impedance matching portion disposed inside the hinge base and providing one end electrically connected to the hinge base and the other end electrically connected to the base pipe.
