摘要 The present invention relates to conductive material and film using conductive polymer and metal oxides and to a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes: a step of agitating and dissolving metal oxides in a solvent which is, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and oxalic acid, with 500 rpm for 1 hour, drying the solution for 5 minutes at room temperature, and agitating and dissolving conductive polymer into an organic solvent such as ethanol, nmp, etc. with 500 rpm for 1 hour; a step of mixing an epoxy resin into the dissolved metal oxides and conductive polymer and then agitating with 1000 rpm for 30 minutes at 30°C and drying the solution for 5 minutes at room temperature; a step of manufacturing a conductive raw material by mixing the manufactured material in the previous step; a step of coating the conductive raw material manufactured in the method described above; and a step of drying the coated conductive raw material in a vacuum dryer at 50°C for 12 hours. The conductive raw material consisting of the metal oxides and conductive polymer according to the present invention has excellent characteristics which can be applicable to conductive ink and paint industries.
