Provided is a communication method of a base station and a target terminal. Resources used for a channel feedback may be reduced by determining a wireless resource based on information about a channel and information about a mobility of the target terminal in each of at least one route, and by feeding back channel state information.

1. A communication method of a base station, comprising:
storing, in a channel database, information about a channel in each of at least one route; acquiring information about a mobility of a target terminal; determining a wireless resource for the target terminal based on the information about a mobility of a target terminal and the information stored in the channel database; and transmitting, to the target terminal, information about the wireless resource of the target terminal, wherein the determining comprises determining a feedback wireless resource, and wherein the determining of the feedback wireless resource comprises determining at least one of feedback time interval and delay time by
comparing a predetermined channel boundary value with a value associated with the channel state information of the target terminal, andusing a result of the comparing to determine the at least one of the feedback time interval and the delay time.
