<p>The present invention relates to a pipe flange material quantity management system, capable of checking the necessary quantity of materials of flanges composed to connect and fix pipes installed in a ship structure and a building structure in advance and enabling a worker to easily manage relevant information, comprising: an information retrieval module retrieving shape information and material quality information of flanges composing pipes from a design information DB storing information of parts constituting a structure and information of an assembly structure of the parts; a flange information DB storing flange information including the shape information and the material quality information retrieved by the information retrieval module; a material quantity information processing module checking the size of each flange from the shape information, checking materials of each flange from the material quality information, and calculating a necessary quantity according to the materials for manufacturing the flanges; and a material information DB storing material information about the necessary quantity according to the materials calculated by the material quantity information processing module.
