Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle, in which a blower case can be easily coupled with an air conditioning case without performing a separate overturning process when the blower case and the air conditioning case are assembled with each other. The air conditioner for a vehicle according to the present invention includes an air conditioning unit including the air conditioning case in which an air inlet port is formed at an entrance side thereof, an air outlet port is formed at a discharge side thereof, and an air passage is formed therein, and a cooling means and a heating means installed at the air passage of the air conditioning case, a blower unit in which a blower is installed in the blower case coupled to one side of the air conditioning case to be in communication with the air conditioning case and thus to blow air into the air conditioning case, and a clamp module formed at one or more side of coupling portions between the air conditioning case and the blower case to couple the air conditioning case and the blower case with each other in a one-touch structure. Therefore, when the blower case and the air-conditioning case are assembled, since the separate overturning process can be omitted, the productivity can be improved, a series of fixing processes can be realized with a simple structure, an assembling method thereof can be simple, and coupling force can be firmly provided.
