A method for transmitting and receiving a signal in a terminal of a mobile communication system according to one embodiment of the present specification includes the steps of: enabling a terminal to determine a resource to transmit a pairing signal; transmitting a discovery signal including the determined resource information; pairing with another terminal which receives the discovery signal through the resource designated by the determined resource information; and transmitting and receiving a data signal to and from another terminal which is paired. According to one embodiment of the present specification, in a D2D communication, pairing efficiency is improved by preventing a plurality of terminals from being paired with the same frequency when data for pairing is exchanged.
