The present invention relates to a moveable weir having side road and fish way functions which includes: a floodgate (10) blocking the water flowing from the upper side of river; a rotary shaft (20) fixated to the lower portion on both sides of the floodgate (10); supports (not shown) disposed on both sides of the floodgate (10) to rotatably support the rotary shaft (20); a hydraulic operating part (not shown) having a piston rod and a cylinder reciprocating the piston rod and adapted to erect or overturn the floodgate (10) by means of the extension and contraction of the piston rod; and rotary auxiliary plates (50) extended from the top portion of the floodgate (10) in a lengthwise direction in such a manner so as to be rotatably coupled to the floodgate (10), and performing a side road function when the floodgate (10) erects and a fish way function when the floodgate (10) overturns. |
