A manufacturing method for a reflective polarizer according to the present invention produces a plurality of integrated multi-layer flows with different average optical widths by using a plurality of combined extrusion steel bars, and laminates the flows together in a molten state, thereby eliminating the need for an additional adhesive layer and/or a protective boundary layer (PBL) in a core layer, and reflecting all S waves in the visible wavelength range. Accordingly, the present invention can significantly reduce the manufacturing costs and maximize optical properties within a restricted width range.
