Disclosed are a wireless communications system for processing a base band signal in a base station based on a multi-core DSP of a DU/RU discrete type structure and a communications method therefor. According to the present invention, the wireless communications system for processing the base band signal in the base station based on the multi-core DSP of the DU/RU discrete type structure comprises a digital signal processing apparatus which is centralized and installed in a digital signal processing center; a wireless signal processing apparatus which is separated from the digital signal processing apparatus and is remotely installed in a service target area; and an interface which connects the digital signal processing apparatus and the wireless signal processing apparatus, wherein the digital signal processing apparatus and the wireless signal processing apparatus interlock with each other through the interface.
