The present invention relates to a polysulfone-based multi-layered sterilization membrane and a foldable cartridge filter including the same, and more specifically, to a polysulfone-based sterilization membrane and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the membrane improves sterilization performance and high flux properties by properly controlling the dispersion degree of pores formed inside the membrane and on the surface of the membrane. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a first polysulfone-based sterilization membrane and a second polysulfone-based sterilization membrane are symmetric membranes. An average pore size is 0.1-1 micrometer.
