Provided are a terminal device, an operation method of the terminal device, and an information providing device, which allow an individual customer to use a customer response service (for example, an ARS service) automatically through a data service utilizing video call and/or voice call when the individual customer tries making a call to an opponent terminal, namely, a customer response terminal in a terminal device in a common manner of making a call in a network providing a packet-based communication service, thereby, improving problems of an existing video call-based customer response service (for example, the ARS service) and providing an efficient customer response service (for example, the ARS service). |
