Disclosed is a multifunctional woven fabric using silver fiber for earthing of the human body, which includes a first yarn which is woven in a grid structure and is made of conductive silver fiber; a second yarn which is woven as a weft yarn into one side of the first yarn and is produced by mixing pure silver short fiber and common fiber to have antimicrobial properties; and a third yarn which is woven as a warp yarn and is made of common fiber. The content of silver contained in the first yarn and the second yarn is 4-6 weight% for the total weight of the yarn while the content of the common fiber contained in the second yarn and the third yarn is 94-96 weight% for the total weight of the yarn. A mat of the present invention is characterized in that the multifunctional woven fabric having electrical conductivity, an antimicrobial function, and an electromagnetic shielding function is attached on a semiconductive rubber sheet and sponge.
