The implant has a bone anchoring base (1) comprising an anchoring stud (3), and a plate (4) secured to the stud. An articular part e.g. glenoid, is mounted on the plate. An anchoring screw (2) anchors the implant to a scapula and includes a head (2b). The stud forms a proximal cavity (5) emerging across the plate and includes an oblong side opening (6) delimited by edges. The head has a circular projection on its periphery, where the projection is forcibly inserted between the edges after completion of screwing to realize wedging of the screw for ensuring blocking of the screw in rotation. |
