<p>The present invention relates to a shifting device for a vehicle. The shifting device includes: a shift lever which is axis-coupled to a control shaft, rotates, is connected to a shifting lever on one end, is provided with a rotational force on the other end when the shifting lever operates, and has a sliding hole on the other end in a longitudinal direction; and a weight in which one end is axis-coupled to a rotary shaft prepared on the side of the control shaft, a control pin is selectively fixed toward the other end in a longitudinal direction and is inserted into the sliding hole, and rotates around the rotary shaft while being guided along the sliding hole when the shift lever rotate, and the maximum rotation angle is changed according to the fixed position of the control pin.</p> |
