The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a touch screen panel with a film-type overcoat and a touch screen panel manufactured by the manufacturing method. The present invention is provided to form an insulating pad which insulates a connection pattern which connects first sensing cells and a bridge pattern which connects second sensing cells by using the film-type overcoat, thereby making it unnecessary for a heat treatment process for forming the insulating pad and manufacturing a high-quality touch screen panel by not generating heat deformation on a transparent substrate.
