PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of always keeping stable printing quality.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises: an image carrier on which an electrostatic latent image is formed; an image forming unit having developing means 2k to 2y which develop the electrostatic latent image formed on the image carrier with developer; a transfer unit for transferring the developer developed on the image carrier to a recording medium; first attaching and detaching means 68 for attaching and detaching the developing means 2k to 2y to and from the image carrier; and second attaching and detaching means 69 for attaching and detaching the image carrier to and from the transfer unit. |
