PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor for reducing sensitivity unevenness inside an array by making use of a defective pixel.SOLUTION: An optical sensor 1 comprises: a photodetector array 10 having a plurality of photodetectors D, in which the photodetectors D have a light absorption layer 13, an upper electrode layer 14 disposed on one side of the light absorption layer, and a lower electrode layer 12 disposed on the other side of the light absorption layer, and which is divided into a plurality of regions R1 having at least two photodetectors, with the lower electrodes of the photodetectors disposed in the region R1 being electrically connected together, and with a photodetector D whose upper electrode layer 14 and lower electrode layer 12 are shorted being disposed in the region R1 not facing the outer circumference of the photodetector array 10; and a voltage application part C for applying voltage to the upper electrode layer 14 of the photodetector D whose upper electrode layer 14 and lower electrode layer 12 are shorted. |
