PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus for improving a reduction effect of power consumption during adjustment of an in-apparatus temperature, and to provide an equipment control method and an equipment control program.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: in-apparatus temperature estimation means for estimating an in-apparatus temperature on the basis of a condition other than a job processing time that gives a change in the in-apparatus temperature; control method determination means for determining a control method of a drive component to be operated for adjusting the in-apparatus temperature on the basis of the estimated in-apparatus temperature; and operation control means for operating the drive component according to the determined control method.
