1. A compound having a structure of Formula I:Wherein
m is 0 or 1, and when m is 0, X is S, O, N, or CH; when m is 1, X is CH or N; Z is CH or N; Y is H, N(R1R2), or N(R1C(═O)R2), and R1 and R2 are each independently selected from H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group; E is N(R3R4),a substituted phenyl groupa 5- or 6-membered hetero aromatic group containing 1 or 2 hetero atoms and substituted with R20 and R21, or OR22:
when E is the N(R3R4), R3 and R4 are each independently selected from an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group;when E is theD is a linear chain of 1-5 CH2 and optionally substituted with an O or a NR5 group; R5 is H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group; R6, R7, and R8 are each independently selected from H, halogen, OR9, NR10R11, or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, or R6, R7, R8 are joined together to form a chain so that the ring to which they are attached is an optionally substituted C6-C14 membered spiral ring, bicyclic ring, or fused ring group; R9, R10, and R11 are each independently selected from H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group;
when E is the substituted phenyl groupR12, R13, and R14 are each independently selected from H, halogen, OR15, NR16R17, C(═O)N R18R19, or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group; and R15, R16, R17, R18, and R19 are each independently selected from H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group;
when E is the 5 or 6 membered hetero aromatic group containing 1 or 2 hetero atoms and substituted with R20 and R21, the hetero atom is N or S; and R20 and R21 are each independently selected from H, halogen, OR15, NR16R17, C(═O)N R18R19, or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group;when E is OR22; R22 is an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group or a group having a formula wherein R23, R24, and R25 are each independently selected from H, halogen, OR15, NR16R17, C(═O) R18R19, an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, or R23, R24 and R25, together with atoms to which they are attached are joined together to form a chain so that the ring to which they are attached is a substituted C6-C14 membered spiral ring, bicyclic ring, or fused ring group; G1 is CH or N; G2 is NR28, CHR29, or O; B1 and B2 each independently represent 0, 1, 2, or 3; B3 is 0, 1, or 2; B4 is 0 or 1; R26 and R27 are each independently selected from H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group; R28 is H, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted cyclic hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted heterocyclic hydrocarbon group, C(═O)R30, C(═O)OR30, or C(═O)NHR30; R29 is OH, NHR30, C(═O)OR30, or C(═O)NHR30; R30 is H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group; Q is C, CH, or N; J1 and J2 are each independently selected from H, an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, OR31, NHR31, or C(═O)R31; R31 is H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group; or J1, J2, and a CH to which J1 and J2 are attached are joined together to form a C3-C8 membered cycloalkyl, and the C3-C8 membered cycloalkyl, on one or more position, is optionally substituted with a halogen, OR32, NHR33, an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, or a substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group having the substituents joined together to form a chain so that the ring to which the substituents are attached is a substituted C6-C14 membered spiral ring, bicyclic ring, or fused ring group; R32 and R33 are each independently selected from H, an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted C3-C8 cyclic hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted C4-C7 membered heterocyclic hydrocarbon group, C(═O)R34, C(═O)OR34, or C(═O)NHR34; R34 is H or an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group; or J1, J2, an atom to which J1 and J2 are attached, and at least one hetero atom are joined together to form a C4-C7 membered heterocycloalkyl, and the C4-C7 membered heterocycloalkyl, on one or more position, is optionally substituted with a halogen, OR32, NHR33, an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, or a substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group having the substituents joined together to form a chain so that the ring to which the substituents are attached is a substituted C6-C14 membered spiral ring, bicyclic ring, or fused ring group; or J1, J2, and a carbon atom to which J1 and J2 are attached are joined together to form an aromatic ring, or J1, J2, a carbon atom to which J1 and J2 are attached, and at least one heteroatom are joined together to form a C5-C6 membered hetero aromatic ring, and on the aromatic ring or the C5-C6 membered hetero aromatic ring, one or more position is optionally substituted with a halogen, CN, OR32, NHR33, an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, or a substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group having the substituents joined together to form a chain so that the ring to which the substituents are attached is an optionally substituted C6-C14 membered aromatic spiral ring, bicyclic ring, or fused ring group; or J1, J2, and a nitrogen atom to which J1 and J2 are attached are joined together to form a C4-C7 membered heterocycloalkyl group, or J1, J2, a nitrogen atom to which J1 and J2 are attached, and at least one hetero atom are joined together to form a C4-C7 membered heterocycloalkyl group; on the C4-C7 membered heterocycloalkyl group, one or more position is optionally substituted with a halogen, CN, OR32, NHR33, an optionally substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group, or a substituted C1-C8 hydrocarbon group having the substituents joined together to form a chain so that the ring to which the substituents are attached is an optionally substituted C6-C14 membered aromatic spiral ring, bicyclic ring, or fused ring group.
