A call processing control apparatus of the present invention manages the mobile communications service availability of at least one serving gateway (SGW) and at least one packet data network gateway (PGW) and selects the SGW or the PGW to transmit the call processing control message according to the availability of the mobile communication service in the SGW or the PGW. |
