The purpose of the present invention is to provide a quick coupling device having a remaining pressure removing function which improves assembling efficiency by solving problems caused by remaining pressure by joining female and male couplers while removing the pressure remaining inside a pipe of equipment when coupling the female and male couplers; prevents the degradation of sealing performance; and enables the improvement of durability by preventing damage to a valve shaft. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the quick coupling device having a remaining pressure which is composed of the female and male couplers and assembled with a type which the male coupler is inserted into the female coupler and which forms flow passages. The quick coupling device having a remaining pressure includes the female and male couplers which each include a valve cylinder having the flow passage for a flow of fluid; a valve unit which is installed inside the valve cylinder and which controls the flow passage; a coupling cylinder which is installed outside of the valve cylinder; and a plurality of steel balls connecting the two couplers by being pressed by the coupling cylinder and a remaining pressure removing member which is formed on at least one among the valve units of the couplers and which removes the pressure remaining in a pipe connected to the couplers when joining the couplers via the valve unit. |
