PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus capable of easily taking out a recording sheet jammed between a discharge unit and a fixing unit.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus includes: a discharge unit 90 configured to discharge a sheet S; a fixing device 60 configured to thermally fix a developer image; a first transport guide 100 constituting a lower side of a transport path P for guiding the thermally fixed sheet S to the discharge unit 90, and configured to guide the sheet S; a second transport guide 200 arranged to be opposite to the first transport guide 100, constituting an upper side of the transport path P, configured to guide the sheet S, and having a downstream end portion 201 arranged at a predetermined length from the discharge unit 90; and a top cover 20 arranged in an upper portion of a main body frame 10, and configured to be movable relative to the main body frame 10 between a closing position at which the top cover 20 closes a portion between the downstream end portion 201 and the discharge portion 90 and an opening position at which the top cover 20 opens the portion therebetween. |
