PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental measurement device capable of continuously performing sensing and measurement by supplying stable electric power using a fuel cell even in a condition in which the power generation quantity decreases, in a power generator using natural energy.SOLUTION: The environmental measurement device includes: (A) at least one sensing device or measuring device; (B) a device for integrating the results output from the sensing device and measuring device; (C) a device for transmitting the integrated output of the devices to a remote area; and a power supply device for supplying electric power to the devices (A)-(C).
