a groove track formed by a groove; and a land track formed between adjacent groove tracks, wherein the groove track records address information representing information on a position within a recording surface of the optical disk recording medium by a predetermined pattern due to wobbling of the groove track, an integral multiple of a wobbling period of a portion of the groove track other than the address information is consistent with a length of one circumference of the groove track, an integral multiple of a period of the address information is consistent with the length of one circumference of the groove track, and pieces of information that differ between adjacent groove tracks among the address information are recorded by at least predetermined wobble patterns that differ between the adjacent groove tracks.
