PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a pseudo contour without deteriorating image quality.SOLUTION: An image processor includes: a color conversion processing section 110 for color-converting an input color value (RGB value) of a target image into a corresponding output color value (CMYK value) and obtaining it as a temporary output color value (temporary CMYK value); a color value modulation section 111 for modulating the temporary output color value to an integer value obtained by rounding up or rounding down a decimal value based on probability determined in accordance with the value for each color component making the temporary output color value; and an output section 12 for outputting the target image in response to a modulated color value.
