To solve the above problems, the method and system can measure a back side plate of a navigation light using a laser measuring device in a ship inside a dock, can measure information on the degree of parallelization with a center line and information on the position of the plate using two reference points set on the center line, can provide information on the adjustment of an adjusting plate for setting a design angle according to a parallelization error in order to measure and adjust the degree of the navigation light inside the safe dock, and can increase or decrease the angle of the navigation light by moving back and forth the adjusting plate through the installation of the adjusting plate to be extended at a fixed length more than the fore-end of a side blind plate of the navigation light and with a set angle of the navigation light.
