PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate electric charges of an input capacitance of a main switch element without using LC resonance.SOLUTION: A switch element drive circuit comprises: a switch element 32 connected between an output terminal P2 of a drive voltage generation circuit 31 and a control terminal of a main switch element 13; a switch element 33 having one end connected to the control terminal; a capacitor 34 having one end connected to the output terminal P2 and having the other end connected with the other end of the switch element 33; and a switch element 35 having one end connected to the other end of the capacitor 34 and having the other end connected with an auxiliary power supply 2. When a drive voltage Vd is outputted at a low voltage, the switch element 35 is turned off and the switch element 33 is turned on to store electric charges of an input capacitance 17 of the switch element 13 in the capacitor 34. When the drive voltage Vd is outputted at a high voltage, the switch element 33 is turned off and the switch element 32 is turned on to output the drive voltage Vd to the control terminal, and the switch element 35 is turned on to regenerate electric charges from the capacitor 34, at the other end thereof a voltage V1 is higher than the high voltage, to the auxiliary power supply 2. |
