PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sweet red-bean soup solving reciprocity relation of sweetness and calory in general foods without using artificial sweeteners, capable of tasting natural sweetness, further enough in nutrients, and having low calory.SOLUTION: Provided is a sweet potato red-bean soup comprising: (i) sweet potato whose sarcocarp after heating treatment-cooling is 30 or higher; (ii) milk; (iii) butter and/or coconut milk; and (iv) water is produced so as to be a health food not only using no artificial sweetener, but also enough in nutrients, having low calory, added with natural sweetness and supplied with protein and fat. |
