PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent local generation of high temperature portion in a non-contact type seal mechanism in a start-up of a heat medium circulation system having a circulation flow passage, through which heat medium flows, and a turbomachine provided in the middle of the circulation flow passage.SOLUTION: Before a stopped impeller 3a is rotated in a rating revolution speed, condensed heat medium adhering on a non-contact type seal mechanism is removed until the condensed heat medium adhering on a non-contact type seal mechanism is removed. |
