PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor which exhibits excellent responsiveness with high accuracy and has high rigidity upon detecting temperature by pressing the sensor to a heating roller or the like.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor comprises: a pair of lead frames 2; a sensor part 3 connected to the lead frames; an insulating holding part 4 fixed to the lead frames and holding the lead frames; and a pair of support frames 12 with a base end side thereof fixed to the holding part. The sensor part includes: an insulating film 6; a thin film thermistor part 7 formed on a surface of the insulating film; a pair of interdigital electrodes 8 having a plurality of comb-shaped parts formed on the thin film thermistor part; and a pair of pattern electrodes 9 formed on the surface of the insulating film, in which one end thereof is connected to the pair of interdigital electrodes and the other end is connected to the pair of lead frames. Top end parts of the pair of support frames are extended as interposing the thin film thermistor part therebetween and are fixed to an insulating protective sheet 11 that supports the insulating film.
