<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a second battery, while reducing the amount of electricity stored in the second battery and wasted, when balancing voltage between the second batteries.SOLUTION: When a plurality of second batteries are in a state insulated from a load, a voltage determination unit 174-1 determines whether or not the voltage range of the plurality of second batteries exceeds a predetermined threshold. When the voltage determination unit 174-1 determines that the voltage range of the plurality of second batteries exceeds a predetermined threshold, a discharge control unit 176-1 insulates the plurality of second batteries from each other, and discharges a second battery having a highest voltage. When the voltage determination unit 174-1 determines that the voltage range of the plurality of second batteries does not exceed a predetermined threshold, a balance control unit 177-1 connects the plurality of second batteries in parallel.</p> |
