<p>Disclosed are an access control method and device, which relate to the field of wireless communications and are used for providing an access control method aiming at applications.In the present application, the method comprises: a terminal receiving a system broadcast message sent by a network side; reading access barring information from the system broadcast message; switching on a timer according to the access barring information; when it is necessary to send an access request or a connection establishment request to the network side before the timer has timed out, determining whether an application corresponding to the access request or the connection establishment request is a specific application or an emergency application, and if so, sending the access request or the connection establishment request to the network side; otherwise preventing the access request or the connection establishment request from being sent to the network side.It can be seen that the present application enables the terminal to be prevented from initiating access requests and connection establishment requests of ordinary applications except for a specific application and an emergency application, thereby achieving the access control method aiming at applications.</p> |
