PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of facilitating manufacturing and cutting manufacturing cost while keeping high durability.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger HE1 includes: a case 2 accommodating therein a plurality of heat transfer pipes 1 in a state of fixedly positioning a main pipe body portion 11 of each heat transfer pipe 1; first and second protruding portions 22 provided on a side plate portion 21 of this case 2, distanced from each other across a central line La of the side plate portion 21 in a z direction, and provided with a plurality of through-holes 28 aligned in a y direction for inserting and coupling pipe body portions 10a and 10b of the heat transfer pipes 1; and headers 3 attached to the side plate portion 21 for forming a chamber 36 communicating with interiors of the heat transfer pipes 1 using wall portions of these respective protruding portions 22. The first and second protruding portions 22 are arranged so that central lines Lc of the first and second protruding portions 22 in the z direction are offset to the central line La of the side plate portion 21 rather than central lines Ld of the pipe body portions 10a and 10b. |
