PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed transport operation while stabilizing the holding state of each article during the transportation in the automatic transport operation where each article transported by an absorption transport device is placed on a predetermined position in an inclined state.SOLUTION: An absorption transport device 1 is provided with: a head part 54; moving means 50 which moves the head part; a first absorber 21 which is formed by a cylindrical expansion member extending downward from the head part and absorbs a first position of an article P at a lower end part; a second absorber 22 which is formed by a cylindrical expansion member extending downward from the head part and absorbs a second position of the article P at a lower end part; negative pressure supply means 30, 31 which supply negative pressure to the first absorber and the second absorber; and expansion amount adjustment means 41, 42, 100 which adjust the negative pressure supplied to the first absorber 21 by the negative pressure supply means and thereby adjust an expansion amount of the first absorber 21. |
