The present invention relates to a portable broadcast receiving device embedded with a plurality of tuners and linked with a smart device, and a method for processing broadcast signals by using same. Also, the present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling power of a portable digital broadcast receiving device embedded with a plurality of tuners. More specifically, the present invention relates to the portable broadcast receiving device embedded with the plurality of tuners and linked with the smart device, the method for processing broadcast signals by using same, and the system and the method for controlling power of the portable digital broadcast receiving device, wherein the portable broadcast receiving device embedded with the plurality of tuners and linked with the smart device is used in various communication environments and can be linked with various smart devices to receive digital broadcast signals of multiple broadcasting standards, can process same into formats which can be processed by the smart devices, and then transmit same, thereby enabling simultaneous or sequential viewing of multiple digital broadcasts of various broadcasting standards, according to multimedia-playing capabilities or a user's setting of the smart devices.
