An embodiment of the present invention relates to a field education management system. A technical problem to be solved is to provide a field education program suitable to the people required in a company to a graduate from a specialized high school, who works first before entering a school and to provide an opportunity to the company to select a talented person so as to achieve optimal recruitment and employment. An embodiment of the present invention loads a field education guide application and includes a student terminal and a field education management terminal which perform data communication by being connected to each other through a data communication network or a web server by the execution of the field education guide application.
