PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant data collection/analysis system capable of minimizing contract power by collecting and analyzing data of an actual amount of power consumption of all the load in a rolling plant, such as a heat rolling plant.SOLUTION: A plant data collection/analysis system comprises: a calculator system configured to store a rolling material and tracking data based on a production schedule in a rolling plant; a control device configured to transmit a control signal to various kinds of driving devices in the rolling plant as to operation/stop based on the production schedule, an operation speed and the like; and a collection/analysis device configured to collect data on an amount of power consumption and a current value of the driving device, such that the calculator system, the control device, and the collection/analysis device are mutually connected via a network. In this plant data collection/analysis system, the amount of power consumption of all the load in a rolling plant is collected in real time by being associated with each rolling product or each rolling pattern. |
