PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a dew point of supplied air while suppressing reduction of COP.SOLUTION: A second dehumidification unit (20) includes two refrigerant circuits (21a, 21b) in each of which a compression mechanism (22a or 22b) is connected to two adsorption heat exchangers (24a, 24b; or 26a, 26b) for performing a refrigeration cycle. In the refrigerant circuits (21a, 21b), a refrigerant circulating direction is switched and the two adsorption heat exchangers (24a, 24b; 26a, 26b) alternately perform refrigerant condensation operations and refrigerant evaporation operations. The two refrigerant circuits (21a, 21b) are set to have different refrigerant evaporation temperatures. The respective adsorption heat exchangers (24a, 24b; or 26a, 26b) of the refrigerant circuits (21a, 21b) are paired to constitute an adsorption heat exchange unit, which is configured so that air flows to the adsorption heat exchangers (24a, 26a) of the first refrigerant circuit (21a) having the higher evaporation temperature and the adsorption heat exchangers (24b, 26b) of the second refrigerant circuit (21b) having the lower evaporation temperature in this order to dehumidify the air. |
