PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable positioning of a cylindrical member at the time of insert molding to be easily carried out under a high precision at a fastening part structure in which a cylindrical member is integrally buried into a resin component through insert molding and a screw member is inserted into a through-hole arranged inside the cylindrical member.SOLUTION: When a resin component 10 is insert molded, a collar 14 can be position set from inside by a positioning part 58 arranged at a core grid 56 for forming a through-hole 24 and this position setting can be easily carried out with high precision without arranging any position setting hole 124 because an inner peripheral surface 14f is exposed from one axial end of the collar 14 to its intermediate part. The inner peripheral surface 14f is covered by an inner surface covering resin 22 from the intermediate part to the other end and the insertion hole 24 is made at the inner surface covering resin 22 by the core grid 56, so that a size and a shape of the insertion hole 24 can be optionally set separate from the collar 14.
