<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform motivation promotion corresponding to a characteristic of a participation motive of a participant regardless of subjectivity evaluation of a motive, in a community. <P>SOLUTION: A situation detection part 11 acquires situation information representing situations of the participant and the community, and a participation detection part 12 detects a participation situation of the participant and stores it in a situation DB 13. A motive factor DB 14 associates and stores situation information related to an effect obtained by performing community activity and information about the effect. A motive characteristic calculation part 15 adds a point to a contribution value of the effect corresponding to the situation information when the participant performs the community activity to calculate the contribution value of each effect. A message DB 16 stores a message including information suggesting the effect associatively to information about the effect. A message selection part 17 selects the message corresponding to the information about the effect wherein the contribution value of the participant fits a prescribed condition of the effect capable of occurring from the situation information and the participation situation from the message DB 16, and displays it on a message display part 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
