The present invention relates to a system for stopping oil transfer from a fuel oil/lubricating oil tank (20) at an engine room (15) in a safety zone (10). The system comprises: a valve (30) installed at a plurality of pipe lines connected to the fuel oil/lubricating oil tank (20); and a hydraulic actuator (40) connected to a hydraulic line (42) to provide a closing force for the valve and having a control handle (46) in the safety zone (10), thereby simplifying the structure of the system, which quickly closes the fuel oil/lubricating oil tank, a settling tank, and a service tank installed on a double bottom in an engine room in a safety zone outside the engine room in ships, and increasing the operation reliability.
