PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply system which can effectively utilize an environmental load reduction mechanism that a power generator could have, and also can raise a user's environmental awareness.SOLUTION: The electric power supply system is equipped with a power source selecting section which selects a power source for a load circuit from a plurality of power supply systems including a commercial power source and a distributed power source, a power usage amount measuring section which measures the amount of power usage in the load circuit, a power supply state detecting section which detects a power supply state for each of the power supply systems and a computing circuit section which outputs a control signal for switching of the power sources to the power source selecting section. The computing circuit section has a function to output a control signal on the basis of the computed result and a function to output a control signal on the basis of an operation signal input from a manual selection operating section. The power supply system is characterized by that only a distributed power system is usually selected by the power source selecting section, while the power source is controlled so that it is switched corresponding to the power usage allowance information for power supply state computed by the computing circuit section. |
