PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary cap capable of enhancing the quickness and certainty in sealing/integrating the end part of a membrane bundle using a centrifugal bonding method. SOLUTION: The temporary cap 10 includes a bottom face 12 composed of a plurality of injection holes 16 through which an adhesive is injected and a plurality of radial grooves 18; a sidewall 14 composed of a plurality of vertical grooves 22; and an annular groove 24 disposed therebetween. The end part of a hollow fiber membrane bundle is sealed/integrated using a centrifugal bonding method while keeping the end face of the hollow fiber membrane bundle in a state of contacting the bottom face 12.
