The present invention relates to a noise filter circuit and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, suggested is a noise filter circuit which includes a first delay circuit, a second delay circuit which is connected to the first circuit in series. Each of the first delayer circuit and the second delay circuit has at least one inverter and at least one delay device for generating a preset delay. The first delayer circuit and the second delay circuit have different filtering properties.
