Disclosed are a method and apparatus for allocating a management resource for a channel of a node included in a wireless personal area network (WPAN). The resource for the channel communicates with a specific node by using a multiple superframe including a plurality of superframes. A position region of a time slot including the channel allocated in the communication with the specific node is limited in a preset superframe among the superframes. A logic connection ID is given to the time slot. The logical connection ID is matched with the management resource managing the time slot and the management resource is allocated.
