PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally introduce prestress into a sidewall in a ground PC tank. SOLUTION: In this ground PC tank where a tubular sidewall 2 is integrally formed and erected on a foundation slab 1, a first PC steel material 4 extending in the circumferential direction and second PC steel materials 5 extending in the vertical direction are arranged on the sidewall to introduce prestress, and third PC steel materials 6 extending in the vertical direction are arranged between the lower end of the sidewall and the foundation slab to reinforce vertical prestress with respect to the lower end of the sidewall, the third PC steel materials 6 are arranged in an outer layer part of the sidewall 2, the second PC steel material 5 is arranged in the inside thereof, and the first PC steel material 4 is arranged in the inside thereof.
