A yoga seat 1 of high density foam material, essentially figure of eight shaped, with lobes 2, 3 providing sit bone supports, which are generally circular. Their shape is modified from the exact circular shape 4 in that their backs 5 are somewhat flattened, while maintaining a coccyx recess 12. Also on the sides facing each other, their curvature is inflected 7 to provide a smooth concave curvature 9 around a pelvic floor support 10. In a further embodiment, the seat may comprise a pubic bone support (121, figure 4) to further aid correct posture. |
