The present invention relates to a compound according to formula 1:
wherein each R 1 is independently selected from the group consisting of chloro, methoxy, aryl, preferably phenyl or naphthyl, heteroaryl, preferably furyl, pyrrolyl, thienyl, imidazolyl, thiadiazolyl, pyridinyl, pyridazinyl, pyrimidinyl, benzothiazolyl and oxadiazolyl, mercapto and alkylthio, most preferably is chloro or methoxy; R 2 is selected from hydrogen or -CO-(CH 2 ) m -R 3 ; R 3 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxyl, aryl, or heteroaryl ring system, preferably furyl, pyrrolyl, thienyl, imidazolyl, thiadiazolyl, pyridinyl, pyridazinyl, pyrimidinyl, benzothiazolyl or oxadiazolyl; o is an integer from 1-4; n and m are independently selected integers form 0-10, preferably from 0-5, as well as to a method for its preparation, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compound as well as said compound and said pharmaceutical composition for use in treatment of convulsion and/or epilepsy. |
